TeleSales Executive
Overview:
The role of a TeleSales Executive is crucial in driving sales through telephone interactions with potential customers. This position plays a key role in identifying and nurturing leads ultimately contributing to the companys bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to present products or services
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects for future sales opportunities
- Following up on leads and closing sales
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the companys products or services

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role
