Job Description

Overview:


The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for the organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients understanding their needs and proposing solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive works closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contributes to the overall success of the organization through their proactive and strategic approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through successful prospecting and closing sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate and uptodate client records
  • Participate in sales meetings events and trainings

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Sound understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry competition
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Proactive and resultdriven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Adaptable to changing business and market conditions
  • Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
