Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret medical imaging procedures such as Xrays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds
• Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports for referring physicians
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to discuss patient cases and treatment plans
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in radiology technology and techniques
• Supervise and train radiology technicians and other staff
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards in radiology practice
• Coordinate with administrative and support staff for efficient workflow
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding imaging procedures and results

Required Qualifications

• MD DNB or DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution
• Valid state medical license and certification in radiology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical radiology practice
• Expertise in diagnostic imaging and medical interpretation
• Strong understanding of radiology technology and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare environment
