The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy a valid Physical Therapy License and be committed to making diversity equity and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Required
- Masters degree or higher
- Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) certification/license
Preferred
- Interventional Pain (1 years)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Wellness Coaching Certification
- Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
- Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent health care for patients
Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
Treat patients and set measurable functional goals
Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
Address pain management as a crucial component of care
Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
Write timely and accurate documentation
Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
Give input on policies procedures and strategy
Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
