Position: Sales and Operations Coordinator
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Sales and Operations
Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science
particularly in Mathematics or Economics and will excel in communication followup and
logical problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordination:
o Manage and coordinate sales activities ensuring timely and accurate order
processing.
o Liaise between the sales team clients and internal departments to ensure
seamless operations.
o Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
2. Operations Management:
o Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company
policies.
o Coordinate logistics inventory management and supply chain activities.
o Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity.
3. Communication and Followup:
o Maintain strong communication channels with clients suppliers and internal
teams.
o Ensure prompt followup on sales inquiries orders and operational issues.
o Provide clear concise and logical responses to queries from stakeholders.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilize mathematical and economic principles to analyze sales and operational
data.
o Prepare and present detailed reports to support decisionmaking processes.
o Identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mathematics Economics or a related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination operations management or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problemsolving.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to follow up diligently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Highly organized detailoriented and able to work under pressure.
