Job Description
Overview:
The SAP ABAP on HANA role is of significant importance within our organization as it focuses on leveraging the capabilities of SAP HANA to enhance and optimize our existing SAP systems. This role plays a critical part in the design development and implementation of SAP solutions with a focus on performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Must Have:)
1. Experience in S/4 HANA implementation and Conversion (Brownfield
2. ABAP Code Remediation experience
3. Experience in ABAP on HANA development.
4. Having good knowledge of building CDS views AMDP and other code push down techniques.
5. Extensive experience in ABAP OO SLT process RFC interfaces HTTP and web services.
Excellent interpersonal organizational written communication oral communication and listening skills
Good to Have:
1. Good knowledge on the business process of SAP SD and MM functional area
2. Knowledge in HANA XSA.
3. Working knowledge of SAP Cloud.
4. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
Ability to coordinate with SMEs stakeholders manage timelines escalation & provide on time status
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Proficiency in SAP HANA database concepts and programming
- Expertise in developing and optimizing ABAP programs for SAP HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori UI5 and OData services
- Experience with SAP HANA modeling and performance optimization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Certification in SAP ABAP and SAP HANA is a plus
