Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidencebased treatment to a diverse range of patients.
• Offer mental health services including intakes individual group and family therapy (where applicable) primarily through telehealth.
• Conduct mental health assessments counseling referrals and intervention services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Federal State and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master s degree or higher.
• Active LCSW LICSW LASW LMHC LPC LCMHC LPCI LCPC or LMFT license in the state of Remote Locations.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Access to a computer webcam reliable internet connection and a private quiet space for sessions.

• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• EvidenceBased Practice
• Telehealth Experience
• Outpatient Experience
• Additional certifications or languages are a plus.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
• Therapists can set their own schedules between the hours of 7 AM 9 PM EST 7 days a week.
• Therapists must work until 8 PM on two nights per week or four 4hour shifts on weekends.
• No oncall duties required.
