Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular medical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Providing emergency medical care and first aid treatment as needed.
• Interpreting diagnostic tests and results to determine appropriate treatment.
• Documenting patients medical history symptoms and treatment plans.
• Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.
• Coordinating with specialists and consultants for patient referrals.
• Adhering to healthcare protocols and standards in delivering medical care.
• Collaborating with nursing and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in medical rounds case conferences and team meetings.
• Providing patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensuring compliance with medical ethics and legal regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and updated medical records.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and medical research activities.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid state medical license and registration.
• Completion of an internship and residency program.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in medical diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in highpressure and emergency situations.
• Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to stay updated with advancements in medical practices.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patientcentered care.
• Capability to work flexible shifts and extended hours.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
