Overview
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with an MBBS degree plays a crucial role in our healthcare facility in Narnaul Haryana. As an RMO you will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to patients ensuring their wellbeing and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular medical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Providing emergency medical care and first aid treatment as needed.
- Interpreting diagnostic tests and results to determine appropriate treatment.
- Documenting patients medical history symptoms and treatment plans.
- Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.
- Coordinating with specialists and consultants for patient referrals.
- Adhering to healthcare protocols and standards in delivering medical care.
- Collaborating with nursing and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participating in medical rounds case conferences and team meetings.
- Providing patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensuring compliance with medical ethics and legal regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and updated medical records.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and medical research activities.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid state medical license and registration.
- Completion of an internship and residency program.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in medical diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in highpressure and emergency situations.
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to stay updated with advancements in medical practices.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and patientcentered care.
- Capability to work flexible shifts and extended hours.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
