Job role Internship for 1st 3 months and then will provide PPO
Budget 10K during Internship and 22k for Full time

Overview:

The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. They are responsible for overseeing the relationships with existing clients addressing their inquiries and resolving the queries. This position is vital for maintaining a high level of client engagement and loyalty thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Identify and develop new business with existing clients
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Keep records of client transactions


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Strong understanding of company products or services and knowledge of enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Managing large accounts or clients
