AGM DGM - Finance Accounting

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial and accounting functions of the company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company s growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports budgets and forecasts to senior management.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow banking relationships and investments.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with auditors tax authorities and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 1020 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in the Engineering and Construction industries.
• Proven experience in leading a finance team.
• Strong knowledge of financial management accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Marathi is required; knowledge of a South Indian language is an added advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Gadchiroli Maharashtra.
