Job Description
- Candidate will manage and grow a talented team tasked with solving complex problems within a high-growth environment. She will develop and drive strategy to hire, develop and mobilize talent for the organization.
- He / She will set clear objectives and goals for the team and enable the team to deliver and using operating mechanisms to continually assess progress and improve. Employee should be effective in interaction with senior technical and functional leaders to lead change through business processes and technologies. Employee will own the complete product end to end including software development lifecycle; defining, prioritizing, designing, and leading implementation and testing of new features.
