Mark Granlund Studio is a fine art studio dedicated to capturing the beauty of the natural world through vibrant and expressive landscape paintings. Our mission is to inspire a sense of wonder and connection to the environment through our art while pushing the boundaries of traditional landscape painting. Were a dynamic and growing studio seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administration Assistant to join our team remotely.
Were looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our studio operations. As a key member of our team youll be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling email and phone correspondence responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Maintaining accurate records files and databases
Assisting with special projects events and presentations
Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
A year of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Suite and other productivity tools
Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
