Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Ensuring that Sales Pack complies with Sales Admin Protocol
Verifying the correct expected commission has been raised
Ensuring all suspensive conditions have been met
Managing NTU %
Loading of Contracts/Agents
Following up with attorneys and development
Focus of the role:
Data Integrity
Responsibilities & Duties:
Importing new sales closures (bond sale import)
Verifying the receipt of all relevant documents and supporting documents
Moving deals from suspense
Raising expected commission
Loading all applicable payment entities for commission earnings
Allocating bond/registration attorneys
Introducing bond attorney
Compiling documents in pack
Loading of contracts and contacts
Requirements
Requirements:
Matric
2 years experience in a relevant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
Good time management
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Deadline driven
Handling confidential information
Able to multitask
Functioning well under pressure
Taking initiative
Wellspoken with good telephone etiquette
