Assistant Food Beverage Manager

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage food and beverage operations efficiently.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers to ensure high quality service.
Quality Management: Ability to monitor and ensure quality and safety standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Planning and Supervision: Ability to assist in planning and implementing daily operations in the food and beverage department, including hiring, training, and assigning tasks.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve service or quality issues quickly and effectively.
