Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure high quality service.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues that may arise during the night shift and make quick and decisive decisions.
Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts and meet the unique challenges that may arise during this period.
Operations Management: Ability to oversee the daily operations of the hotel during the night, including reception, security, and maintenance.
