Job Description
- Coordinating with local third parties such as banks, auditors, lawyers, etc…
- Coordinating with our finance, HR, and regulatory team in Head Office in Lebanon.
- Coordinating with our customers in terms of collections and agreements.
- Coordinating with clearance agents regarding items clearance from customs till full receipt to the office.
- Conducting continuous physical counting of all incoming items and insuring they match the description of request.
- Clearing any mismatching items with customs.
- Being responsible for data entry of all incoming and outgoing items on the software and as per their groupings.
- Preparing & submitting daily report about his daily activities & achievements & submitting it to his supervisor.
- Handling all logistics related to shipments till goods are received in company.
- Organizing & assembling documents needed in advance either for shipping instruction with forwarders or clearance requirements.
- Exhibitions & events organization & Preparations in full.
- Coordinating with accounting team at the head office and share the documents with them so they will be able to complete the daily process.
