Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Manage daytoday office operations including scheduling appointments greeting clients purchasing supplies taking out garbage daily keeping office clean and wellmaintained dealing with vendors etc.
- Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients answer calls from client and prospective clients onboard new clients ensure all inquiries are handled promptly etc.
- Team Support: Assist with onboarding new employees organizing team meetings and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Assist with vendor accounts paying vendors etc.
- Personal Tax Season: Act as main point of contact for clients during personal tax season including communicating process receiving submissions and responding to client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office) and office management tools. Ability to learn how to use new software.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax services industry is a plus.
