Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Real Estate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist with various real estate transactions including residential and commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Assist with real estate closings offers and agreements of purchase and sale.
  
• Client Consultation: Provide independent legal advice to clients on real estate transactions.
  
• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  

Qualifications

• Education: LL.B or J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Bar Admission: Member in good standing of the Ontario Bar.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate law is preferred but not required.
  
• Skills: Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills; proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
  
• Attributes: Detailoriented proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
