AO South supports veterans labor union members credit union members and their families by offering expert guidance on life insurance and accidental benefit options. As a Remote Assistance Specialist you will be key in helping members obtain the coverage they need to protect their loved ones and legacies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily phone calls to our extensive member database
Determine the financial requirements of our members and explain the significance and advantages of additional benefits products
Deliver topnotch customer support and ensure member retention
Keep in touch with members during the application procedure giving them updates addressing any issues or queries and providing assistance when necessary
Offer continuous assistance once their policies are active such as policy evaluations beneficiary modifications and help with claims
Follow all legal regulations and ethical guidelines related to selling and managing life insurance policies
Requirements
Know how to use computers
Good at organizing and managing time
Motivated and pays attention to details
Preferably have experience in sales
Competitive in sales
Great at solving problems and thinking critically
Can work alone or with a team
Open to coaching and using feedback Communication both written and verbal
