- Handle hotel reservations addressing inquiries processing bookings and verifying room availability.
- Engage with guests through phone email and inperson interactions handling reservation inquiries modifications and cancellations.
- Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a smooth process and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment details process reservations and issue invoices or receipts when necessary.
- This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from your home or any location with internet access.
