Job Description

We are hiring Staff Nurses (Registered Nurses) to lead healthcare in Kerry Ireland.
Responsibilities
- To deliver personcentered efficient and effective care to residents
- To uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice and foster a compassionate atmosphere that meets residents physical emotional and spiritual needs
- Building relationships with each of our residents their families and guests to guarantee that they are always supported and comfortable
- Ensuring that all healthcare personnel are aware of and follow established policies and procedures for the management administration and storage of all medications
- Understanding and being aware of HIQA requirements as well as being able to take part in the inspection process The Care Centre complies completely with HIQA requirements.
- Make sure all home admissions are handled properly and that all necessary paperwork is filed.
Requirements
- Enrolled with the NMBI. Need to have an active PIN
- Possesses clinical expertise gained from practicing in residential nursing or gerontological care
- Practical application of the 2013 Health Act Regulations and HIQA Standards
- Possess both oral and written fluency in English and be qualified for employment in Ireland
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Lead and collaborate successfully with a care team
