Job Description

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager II Paediatrics to a leading private hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence based care planning approach.
  • Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership
  • Participate in the identification development and delivery of induction education training and development programmes for nursing and nonnursing staff.
  • Provide support and supportive supervision to Clinical Nurse Manager 1 and frontline staff where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with service users family carers and other staff in treatment / care planning and in the provision of support and advice.
  • Communicate verbally and / or in writing results of assessments treatment / care programmes and recommendations to the team and relevant others in accordance with service policy.


Requirements

  • A proven track record: at least 5 years of experience with a strong clinical background.
  • Leadership excellence: the ability to inspire motivate and coach your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborative spirit: a commitment to teamwork and building strong relationships across disciplines.
  • Excellent communication: the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both clinical and nonclinical audiences.
  • A passion for learning: a commitment to continuous professional development and staying uptodate with the latest advancements.
