Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
A creative and dynamic professional passionate about social media and visual storytelling to elevate the company brand as a market leader and innovator. The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer is responsible for managing social media interactions scheduling posts and creating visually compelling content using Canva and Adobe Illustrator. This dual role is key to driving engagement and building a strong online presence for the business/company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media channels including responding to comments and messages and engaging with the online community.
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms to maintain a consistent and active presence.
- Create visually appealing and onbrand graphics for social media posts using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic social media updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand messaging and company objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide creative input and support for other marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
- Design highquality graphics for various marketing initiatives including digital and print materials.
- Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign to create and edit graphics.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective visual content.
- Will assist in communicating and getting quotes from suppliers.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) for creating and editing graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Experience in using Asana Wrike or any Project Management tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Energetic and adaptable comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align social media strategies with business goals.
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits

10. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30 am to 3:30 Philippine time Monday to Friday
3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing graphics.
