Production Technician

Overview:

• Assembly operation and monitor the 3D printer to produce prosthetic limbs.
  

• Implement the maintenance of the machine or tool and check inventory parts materials condition.
  

• Quality check of 3D printer parts and some machinery parts.
  

• Material Handling and Inventory for both raw materials and finished products.
  

• Packing and Dispatch some items and our product to deliver to our client and our location.
  

• Documentation and Reporting for the production record and the other related items.
  

Details:

• Conduct regular quality checks on the produced 3D printers to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  

• Make necessary adjustments to the extruder settings to maintain consistent 3D printer diameter and quality.
  

• Implement and adhere to quality control processes to minimize production defects.

• Communicate with the courier company to deliver the product
  

• Documentation and Reporting for the production record and the other related items.
  

• Maintain detailed production logs including machine settings production quantities and quality control data.
  

• Generate regular reports on production efficiency material consumption and any deviations from set standards. And report to managers the report everyday.
  

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members providing updates on production status and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Practical experience in manufacturing industry and for machine operation with maintenance activity.
  

• The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work
  

• Knowledge on resolving functional issues arising during a project
  

• Good verbal and written communicator in English Hindi
  

• Selfmotivated selfdisciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision
  

• Standard computer skills: Word Excel email online communication tools (slack etc.)
  

• Flexible with working hours.
