Job Description
Job Title: Workshop Controller
Location: New Southgate North London N11 3DG
Salary: 37000 bonus OTE 50000
Department: Aftersales
Full Time and Permanent Monday to Friday with rota for Saturday mornings
Our client is a well established and respected New and Used Car Dealership with 22 dealerships across East Anglia London and the South East.
In this role you will be responsible for maximising the Workshop s throughput productivity and efficiency. Ensure there is a smooth flow of internal work with no bottle necks and grow a strong relationship with the Sales department. You will oversee the work carried out on the warranty system and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager you will inspire your team to provide the best possible service for our customers whilst ensuring the Company profit targets and objectives are achieved. You will be expected to enhance the current team by providing support coaching and motivation to all.

Requirements
For this role you must have the following:
- More than 3 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of consumer legislation trade practices and HS legislation.
- Be financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Be prepared to assist in all areas of the business.
- Full and valid driving licence

The Ideal Candidate: Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing environment, ideally within an automotive. Excellent communication skills. Drive to exceed targets. Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale. Full and valid driving license.
