As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:
- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
- Management of incoming calls and email
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details.
Requirements
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Hebrew language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills
