ID BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of the project on a daytoday basis.
• Provide support to the interior design team and management staff.
• Perform original design work using specifications sketches and ideas.
• Conduct preliminary studies of proposed projects.
• Prepare layout and preliminary sketches for client presentations.
• Develop design concepts and approaches according to project criteria.
• Analyze space utilization and recommend actions to meet new requirements.
• Compile data for interior plans specifications and reports.
• Prepare scale drawings of details required for contract drawing.
• Coordinate the development of detailed working drawings and specifications.
• Assist with coordinating the bid process.
• Review shop drawings specifications and material recommendations.
• Prepare record drawings on completion of construction.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with 3D Max and Rhino is beneficial but not essential.
• Conversant with international codes and standards for building design.
• Familiarity with quality assurance/quality control procedures.
• Excellent design technical and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working autonomously.
• Flexible open to new ideas and feedback.
• Strong communication skills with team members Senior Interior Designer and management.
