Key Responsibilities:

• Data Acquisition: Monitor and gather agricultural data from various sources (sensors satellites APIs).
• Database Management: Build maintain and enhance a comprehensive agricultural data database.
• Data Modeling: Develop and validate analytical and agronomic models to support business needs.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate and lead Data Science projects ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate models into web/mobile interfaces.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in Data Science project management and model development.

Required Profile:

• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Data Science Applied Mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience: 510 years of project management experience in agrobusiness or related fields.
• Skills: Strong analytical organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of mathematical analytical and statistical models.
• Personal Qualities: Proactive autonomous excellent communicator team player and able to lead and inspire a team.
