For one of the most popular social media video app you will be responsible of the customer support.

Together with your colleagues you will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent customer support service you will support in the request postsales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using this service. Your mainpurpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues reporting bugs guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.

Part of your daily activities will be:

Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner) both in Polish and English;

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish both written and spoken (C1 minimum) with a professional level of English (B2).

• Being in possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport
