Remote Bookkeeper Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Bookkeeper Specialist to join our team. As a USbased company we are looking for applicants who are located in the United States to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of financial record keeping including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger

Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis

Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
