Job Description:
As a Polish Trust & Safety Investigator youll be key to our customer service team analyzing issues making outbound calls and using your analytical skills to ensure a secure user experience. Youll document investigations and may also engage in customer service activities in both Croatian and English as you grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze escalated issues to ensure a secure user experience.
Conduct outbound calls to address and resolve concerns.
Utilize analytical skills to make informed decisions.
Document investigations meticulously.
Engage in customer service activities in Croatian and English.

Qualifications:
Fluent in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English.
Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen residence card etc.).
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
