ARCHITECTURE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM standards and processes.
• Oversee integration and coordination of BIM models with other disciplines.
• Review and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Act as the primary BIM contact for project teams.
• Maintain and update BIM software and tools.
• Ensure BIM model compliance with standards and regulations.
• Prepare and manage BIM documentation and reports.
• Support the architectural team with modelbased analysis and project deliverables.
• Stay updated on BIM trends and propose improvements.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction Management or related field.
• 37 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks BIM 360).
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills
