Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and providing datadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collect analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business decisionmaking.
- Prepare and present detailed reports dashboards and presentations on business performance including key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis of business issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of budgets forecasts and financial models related to business activities.
- Participate in the planning and execution of special projects aimed at improving business performance.
- Provide support for the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance business capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
