As a Customer Support Specialist you will provide outstanding service to our clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via phone email and chat. Key Responsibilities:

• Address escalations from customerfacing colleagues and manage complex online order fulfillment issues.

• Perform detailed tasks in SAP to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications:

• Native in Turkish
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
• Portuguese Residency Card or EU Citizenship
