Physical Therapist - DPT

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at a facility specializing in comprehensive therapeutic services aimed at enhancing mental health and wellbeing. As a Physical Therapist with us you will play a crucial role in assessing planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to support clients rehabilitation and overall wellness goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients physical conditions to determine functional capabilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings utilizing evidencebased practices and therapies.
• Provide therapeutic interventions exercises and strategies to improve clients mobility strength and physical function.
• Educate clients and their families on treatment plans and selfcare techniques to support recovery and ongoing health.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians counselors and other therapists to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Monitor and document clients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of treatment sessions and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings case conferences and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a therapeutic or mental health setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased practices in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Office suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Visual auditory and speaking skills necessary to evaluate and communicate effectively with clients.

Compensation:

• Salary: $47 $55 ($97760 $114400 annually) per hour commensurate with experience.
