Roles and Responsibilities

• Regularly update website content including text images and multimedia elements. Good knowledge of WordPress is preferred for implementing realtime and critical changes without thirdparty support.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional and internal teams to implement timely updates and ensure website content aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy.

• Ensure the organic traffic improves by updating and refreshing the content regularly.

• Monitor website performance identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure all website elements are functioning correctly.

• Optimize website speed navigation and overall user experience.

• Work closely with the SEO team to implement onpage SEO best practices.

• Work closely with the agency to update meta tags headers and other SEOrelated elements to improve search engine rankings.

• Work with agencies/vendors to diagnose and resolve website issues including broken links error messages and other technical glitches.

• Collaborate with agencies and IT & Network teams to address server downtime or any other critical issues.

• Coordinate with various marketing design and development teams to implement website changes.

• Design and build digital journeys by working with multiple teams to optimize user experience.

• Communicate website updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

• Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on website performance.

• Generate reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.

• Ensure the security measures to protect the website from potential threats are in place with the help of Network team.

• Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations and standards.
