As a Senior Patient Safety Physician, you will be involved in all safety surveillance activities,
providing medical expertise and judgement, signal detection, evaluation and Safety Management Team activities for all complex established products in your area of responsibility.
You will provide medical input into various processes, collaborate with external provider representatives, discuss results of data evaluation with key stakeholders, author safety content of Health Hazard evaluation reports, and participate in external regulatory and non-regulatory meetings.
You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives within Patient Safety.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Medical degree (eg MD, MBBS)
At least 2 years of clinical experience post-registration
High level of medical competence
Minimum 6 years of Patient Safety experience (Pharmacovigilance)
Total of 11 to 14 years of experience or more
Ability to work across Therapeutic Areas and Functions
Experience of supervising Patient Safety colleagues
Demonstrated ability to understand epidemiological data
