Position Overview:

Cafeyn is seeking an experienced resultsdriven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic enterprise sales team and support our vertical market expansion in France. This pivotal role is crucial in driving our companys growth expanding into new verticals and ensuring the success and development of our large accounts. As a newly established position at Cafeyn the BDR will have the opportunity to shape the role and make a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Mapping: Identify and map out highpotential key accounts. Conduct extensive research on target personas to develop and refine sales messaging and cadence.
  • Decision Maker Identification: Pinpoint key decisionmakers within new accounts to establish initial contact.
  • Pipeline Generation: Systematically prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling breaking into new logos within assigned territories including insurance banking retail and eCommerce sectors.
  • Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the head of Sales to manage and book appointments ensuring alignment and effective handover.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate Cafeyns value proposition to enterprise prospects aligning with their specific needs and challenges.
  • Discovery and Development: Participate in the continuous development of sales processes and techniques contributing to the overall strategy.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing to ensure cohesive efforts and strategic alignment.
  • Performance Metrics: The BDR will be measured by their ability to build a qualified pipeline and generate revenue.


Qualifications

  • Industry Interest: A keen interest in the press industry and customerfacing roles.
  • Experience: Minimum of 58 years in business development complex selling sales or a related field. Proven experience in researching account planning prospecting and cold calling into a large list of netnew accounts. Demonstrated success in expanding into and developing new vertical markets. Experience dealing with the insurance/banking sector is a plus
  • Sales Achievement: Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent attainment of yearoveryear quotas.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with Clevel executives of large enterprises.
  • Personal Attributes: Adaptability in fastpaced environments coachability problemsolving curious autonomous and proactive.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English with exceptional communication skills in French.
  • Educational Background: Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
