Job Description

Nationality: The applicant must be a Saudi national.

Educational Qualification: High school diploma as a minimum, preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Problem Solving Skills: Ability to skillfully handle customer complaints and inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work under pressure: Flexibility and ability to work in an environment that requires constant interaction with customers.

Technology Literacy: Knowledge of using computers and basic software such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and email.
