Job Description
The Web Ops Manager is a key role within the NEOM Central Marketing Digital Team, balancing ongoing management of core web and application properties whilst continuously striving to improve internal process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role is responsible for capturing and delivering NEOM web and application demands from across the business, informing the overall strategic Digital Experience (Dx) and technology roadmap for NEOM. The role will serve as a subject matter expert for web and application best practices, influencing technology and digital experience decision making. The Web Ops Manager will lead delivery of important automation and innovation projects designed to raise the bar for NEOM’s digital customer experiences.
