About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• ResidentCentered Care: Foster an atmosphere of residentfocused care.
• Interdisciplinary Services: Coordinate interdisciplinary services for residents.
• Performance Management: Oversee efficient operations and performance management of the interdisciplinary team.
• Leadership: Champion our model of quality care and lead by example.
• Annual Budget: Develop and manage expenses within the approved annual budget.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment for residents staff and self by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service.
• Professional Development: Promote continuous professional development and education.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a similar healthrelated field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Professional registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA)
• CPR certification
• Proven interpersonal leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience in gerontology and wound management (an asset)
• Experience in continuing care with geriatric and dementia populations (an asset)
