Job Description

1. Worked in A or B-grade construction companies

2. The candidate must be capable of establishing a new department/ company with full A-Z knowledge

3. Knowledge of Technical, Financial & Administration is mandatory

4. Candidate MUST BE FROM Construction background, NOT FROM Consultant background

5. Candidate must have Mandatory experience working in multiple projects that include bigger High Rise & Villa projects

6. Candidate must have experience in handling not less than 300 employees

7. The candidate must possess a powerful character and tough personality in terms of running the entire operation
