Job Responsibilities:

Experienced UX Designer to drive discovery design workflows and usability testing activities. Need strong background in UX design and user research solid understanding of SW development lifecycle and exp building enterpriselevel apps.

Note: Hybrid Position requiring 2 days/week in the office.

Seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving discovery design workflows and usability testing activities for both our internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design and user research along with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience in building enterpriselevel applications is essential.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and other designers to balance user needs and business requirements ensuring we deliver usercentered experiences.

Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify complex processes reducing cognitive load and minimizing user errors.

Utilize the existing Design System and UI styles to maintain design consistency across applications.

Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.

Work with multiple application teams to deliver projectrequired deliverables on time.

Perform design quality assurance during development.

Ensure that designs and code are accessible to all users.

MustHaves:

Extensive experience in designing enterpriselevel applications.

Experience conducting user research including user interviews usability testing and creating user journey maps.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex research findings or user/business needs into actionable insights.

Proficiency in interaction design with a solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.

Excellent storytelling communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.

Bachelors degree or certification in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction Human Factors Psychology or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in UX design.

A strong portfolio of enterprise applications explaining your role methodology problems solved steps taken learnings and outcomes.
