Chief Engineer

Job Duties:

Lead and direct a team of engineers in implementing complex engineering projects.
Supervise the design, planning and implementation of projects and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
Analyze and evaluate project requirements and provide effective engineering solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are aligned with overall objectives.
Manage budgets and evaluate project costs and ensure adherence to them.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to new engineers and develop team skills.
Deal with technical and complex problems and make critical decisions to resolve them.
