Job Description
The Application Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining software solutions using the Omnis Sudio platform. This role involves collaborating closely with development and business teams and understanding how to leverage Omnis technologies to build robust and efficient features.

Essential Functions
Develop maintain and implement software solutions using Omnis Studio for various organizational applications including information retrieval workflow management and data analytics.
Evaluate existing applications to enhance functionality troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes using Omnis Studio.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into efficient application features using Omnis Studio capabilities.
Contribute to proposing innovative designs or alternative solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring flexibility and extensibility.
Collaborate effectively with a global team of IT professionals to achieve project goals and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Meet deadlines for module completion throughout the software development lifecycle being.
Create accurate technical documentation that represents application design and code implementation using Omnis Studio.
Support QA UAT Release and DEV support phases in compliance with change management processes and development best practices.
Collaborate with and train development resources on technologies processes and code bases to achieve flexible resource allocation and cross training.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience developing applications using Omnis Studio or similar Rapid Application Development tools targeted at developing Windows applications and backend services.
Proficiency is a must in
o Omnis Studio development environment including Omnis IDE. OR
o Similar RAD tools like Delphi PowerBuilder Xojo 4D (4th Dimension) OutSystems etc...
Experience with web services web application development and integration.
Familiarity with API design and implementation.
Strong SQL skills experience with relational databases such as SQL Server is required.
Understanding of computer security principles and experience in regulated environments or healthcare IT is advantageous.
Good to have: Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript HTML CSS Angular/React C# SOAPUI etc.
Experience in developing and maintaining legacy applications with business critical functions is a plus.

Professional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Juniper switches and Palo Alto firewalls Strong understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP Knowledge of network security best practices and experience with network security systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment CCNP or JNCIS certification is a plus ITIL experience and process familiarity o Incident / Problem Management o Change Management o Request Fulfillment Strong oral and written communications skills.
