Job Description

Hiring Immediately Receptionist Administrative Assistant. Full time with benefits.

Our client in Pembroke NH is seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant for a busy dealership. Our sales are on the rise and we need energetic people that love customers to help us keep up with increased traffic.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous office and receptionist experience preferred. Qualified candidates will need a valid drivers license high school diploma or equivalent degree and the ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating Saturdays. Candidates need to be able to type 50 wpm experience with a multiline phone system and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer mulitline phone system and route calls.
  • Filing and scanning to support our office.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Escalate any customer concerns to management
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
