General Warehouse Worker

Pay rate: $16.00 to $17.00 Hourly

Duties:

Receive unload and store incoming materials and products

Operate warehouse equipment

Tend and observe equipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation.

Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred

Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with using refrigerant gauges, electrical and multi meters. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade. Good verbal and written communication skills and a professional approach to working. Valid driver s license. Upbeat personality and able to interact with customers, suppliers, and fellow workers. Experience: This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in the service and repair of either commercial or transport refrigeration equipment.
