As a Store Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients new store. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities managing staff and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for retail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support store staff ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
  
• Assist in the recruitment training and development of team members.
  
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  
• Oversee the visual merchandising and store layout to maximize sales.
  
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
  
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
