Job Description
- Web Strategy and SEO Optimization: Craft and execute comprehensive strategies that bolster the website's structure, content, and features, aligning with organizational goals while prioritizing SEO to enhance visibility and search rankings. Oversee updates, redesigns, and feature enhancements, ensuring a seamless and effective web presence.
- Content Leadership: Direct the development, publication, and upkeep of compelling content that resonates with our audience and adheres to SEO best practices. Manage content workflows and the use of content management systems, ensuring content is both timely and reflective of our brand's voice.
- Technical and Performance Management: Guarantee the infrastructure's security, scalability, and performance. Lead technical website aspects including server management, optimization, and troubleshooting, keeping abreast of the latest web technologies and trends.
- User Experience (UX) and Design Collaboration: Partner with designers and developers to create visually appealing layouts that offer superior user experiences. Adjust design and functionality based on insightful feedback and analytics to continuously enhance user satisfaction.
- Analytical SEO and Performance Insights: Implement cutting-edge SEO strategies and use analytics tools to track website performance, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data to inform decisions and elevate the website's overall effectiveness.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, developers, designers, and content creators, ensuring cohesive efforts that meet organizational needs. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align web content and functionality with strategic objectives.
