Job Description
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct job analyses to create accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Organize and conduct assessment centers and recruitment events as needed. - Onboarding and Orientation :Design and implement effective onboarding programs tailored to new hires.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Prepare and manage all onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws.
